Tactile Wars Review 9/28/18

Tactile wars is a fun little strategic mobile game where you can organize defenses, invade, be invaded and much more! with an intriguing upgrading system and multiple heroes to lead your brave men into combat. Not much more to say besides the INCREDIBLE battle system where you get points for winning invasions to win weekly “War” tournaments. I am a huge fan of this game if I do say so myself. The way the war mode works is simple. Every time you win, you gain points. Every hour whoever controls the center to gain points. After each weekly war, the winners get rewards. If I were to rate this game I would rate it…

8.7/10!

A tip I have is to add more rewards for those coming into the middle placements at the weekly War general rankings

Bloons TD6 [Review]

The newest installment in the well known  Bloons: Tower Defense series had a huge change in art style from the previous 5 installments of the main series from a more basic art style to a 3D style (fully 3D) where the different monkeys really stand out from the previous games. Along with a new really interesting upgrading system in a sort of skill tree system instead of leveling up and gaining them, you get XP for leveling up and you choose what to spend it on. Personally, I find this system refreshing from the usual grind for different upgrade paths. They also re-implemented the hero system in an even better way than they did before! The new system is there are 4 heroes you unlock as you progress through the game with each hero having different abilities with all of them suiting for different tactics and play styles. Once selected they appear in a slot for drag and drop placement on the right-hand side. If used well, they can turn the tide of the match. After hours in this well-crafted game, I would say it does not get boring easily.

If I had to file this well-made game down to a raw number, I would rate it a…

9.4/10

I have little complaints about this game but a few recommendations I would make are to

  • Reduce lag during huge waves
  • Add more heroes for higher levels to experiment with

Add more upgrade paths (currently 3)

This concludes my review for Bloons Tower Defense 6

Thank you for reading! 😀
